According to Public Relations and International Affairs of Qeshm Free Zone Organization, In a commemoration of Tourism Week with the Management of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism tram, the organization's CEO congratulated this week to the island's tourism activists and said: Tourism is a good option for the development of the country's economy because of its early return and the need for low investment, inclusiveness and stability.
He pointed to the limitations of the laws governing the free zones of the country and continued: Qeshm Tourism Team has been delivering a growing performance over the past four years alongside organizational goals.
CEO of Qeshm Free Zone Organization emphasized the need to prepare a guide document in the field of tourism in the island and said: Qeshm tourism must move in a purposeful and planned way, so that local community development can be balanced.
According to him, the cost of creating a tourism job is one thousandth of the cost of employment in the petrochemical industry.
And given the market demand and high employment scope, this is the only part that can guarantee the future economy of Qeshm.
* Different tourism, a factor in attracting tourists
Momeni noted to the island's remarkable progress in various parts of transportation, hoteling, and roads, and said: Success in attracting tourists requires different tastes and performance. We can transform the traveler into a tourist when we offer different and high quality work than other areas.
He continued: Given the island's tourism status, membership in the global tourism community, and having Qeshm World Geopark, we need more interaction with the tourism sector in all areas such as transportation and civil services.
